Morgan Concrete Company's Jefferson Plant has been in operation since 2003.  The Jefferson Plant is one of only a few plants in the United States operating as a dual-lane wet/dry plant capable of producing concrete at over three hundred yards per hour.  The Jefferson Plant services Jackson, Banks, Barrow, Gwinnett, and Hall Counties in Georgia.
